Territory Manager – Vancouver BC
JOB SUMMARY
A Territory Manager is the face of Fastening House on jobsites, providing support for existing accounts while hunting for new account opportunities at the jobsite level. The role requires cross-functionality between Solutions support, when the situation allows, and business development within existing and new accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Work with management and internal relationships to identify opportunities on new and existing jobsites and capture entire scope of project.
- Communicate with relevant team members regarding opportunities to ensure we maximize our wins
- Monitor customer feedback from the jobsite level and ensure this is communicated to relevant team member internally.
- Promote Kelly Solutions at the jobsite and customer head office level.
- Communicate new opportunities to the sales manager, internal sales relationships, and vendor partners when required.
- Act as a Kelly Service rep to identified Key account jobsites, using this opportunity to build relationships with end users and understand the full scope of the opportunity.
- Ensure customer needs and expectations are clearly noted and communicated to other relevant teams in the organization
- Regularly review customer dashboards to identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
- Make suggestions and recommendations to jobsites regarding Fastening House Material Management Solutions, new products, and opportunities for innovation and improved efficiencies
- Handle customer issues in a prompt, courteous manner in order to maintain partnerships with existing customers and develop growth with new opportunities.
- Develop territories and route plan to target jobsites in and around the GTA
- Monitor and report on progress towards achievement of plans and strategies

Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent skills in all industry accepted software (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Previous experience in the distribution industry (An asset, not mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
