Fastening House will happily open up an account (or accounts) for any customer we deal with, whether it’s a cash-on-delivery (COD) or credit account. This will enable you to manage your purchases and help us provide better service.
Fastening House offers shipping delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ottawa, Windsor, London, Cambridge/Kitchener/Waterloo, and the Niagara region. Through our transportation partner companies, we can also deliver anywhere across Canada.

We deliver in the morning and afternoon. To confirm whether or not your order can be shipped the same day, please contact our order desk. Keep in mind that charges may apply depending on the location and nature of service required.

Yes. Fastening House is your one-stop service solution. Our inside sales personnel will be able to offer advice on the particular products you’re looking for and find out how to source them.
Yes we do. Please contact our inside sales departments with your product requirements. Keep in mind that a deposit (or deposits) may be required and any products produced would be non-refundable.
The Kelly Inventory Management System (KIMS) is a service unique to the Fastening House, designed to make sure you never run out of the most commonly used products on your jobsite or in your office.
If the product you order isn’t in stock, we can backorder and ship it to you when it becomes available. Alternatively, we can work with you to offer a comparable solution.

Yes. Most Fastening House locations (Vaughn, Mississauga, London, Windsor, Ottawa, and Dartmouth) have a showroom where walk-in customers can view products and purchase in-stock items.
Fastening House is open Monday to Thursday from 6:30am to 5:00pm and Friday from 6:30am to 4:30pm.
We are not open on Saturdays, however you can always reach us in the event of an emergency at:
